The most massive winter run of the capital

“Healthy Run” will prove that the health of any person begins with sports and own desire to move forward. Everyone can take part in the run. It is enough to choose a distance, register and get a starting number. There are distances for participants for every taste, experience and preparation:

• for beginners, a 1 km long track has been prepared (100 participants);
• for nonprofessionals - 2 km (200 participants);
• professionals will be able to compete in a distance of 3 km (200 participants).

All participants will have the opportunity to become part of an important event, improve their health, receive memorable gifts and medals, meet athletes and like-minded people, and most importantly, show residents and guests of Moscow that running in winter is not only possible but also useful.
